In Time, we answer all your questions so that you are well informed at the time you chose your suite.

    Do prices include breakfast and Internet?

    Not all prices include breakfast. In order to check the conditions and services included in the price, send us e-mail to reservas@time.cl or call us to our Reservation Call Center, (+56 2) 27572000.

    Does Time accept pets?

    Bearing in mind the comfort of all of our guests, Time does not accept pets.

    What’s the minimum period of stay?

    Our prices are rated per night, so there are no restrictions regarding minimum or maximum stay.

    Does Time have a 24-hour reception desk?

    Yes, it does. Our reception desk service works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Does Time have parking lots?

    Yes, it does. Parking lots are included in our services. One lot per apartment is allowed.

    Does Time accept credit cards?

    Yes, it does. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Red Compra.

    Can I include additional beds?

    Most of our apartments and suites have a Queen size sofa bed. No additional beds are included. Check availability of apartments with sofa bed by writing an e-mail to reservas@time.cl or by dialing (+56 2) 27572000.

    Does Time have meeting rooms?

    Yes, we have five meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 80 people. Check availability by sending an e-mail to reservas@time.cl or by dialing (+56 2) 27 57 2000.

    What’s the time for check in and check out?

    Check in time is at 3:00 PM, and check out is at 12:00 AM. Both check in and check out at a different time can be requested to reservas@time.cl. Additional charge will be applied for this concept.

    Does Time have transfer from the airport?

    Time has this service, which is provided by a specialized company, different from Time. They provide transportation from and to the airport, the same of transportation anywhere. If you want to book and coordinate a transfer, contact us to reservas@time.cl

    Does Time have a restaurant and room service?

    We don’t have a restaurant or room service; however, we can contact Menu Express (find a Menu Express guide of alternatives in your suite or apartment). Besides, there are excellent and various restaurants just steps away from Time (please, check Surroundings section on this Web site)
